We had a fantastic stay at this quaint little cottage. The location was excellent, smack-bang in the center of town, close to shops, pubs, and places to explore. The hotel facilities were well-equipped and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private courtyard area was a lovely place to relax, surrounded by fairy lights and plants. The staff, especially our host Karen, were welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had such a lovely stay at this hotel with excellent hosts. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the railway station and right near the town high street. The hotel itself was clean and fresh, with plenty of amenities provided. Karen and her husband were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience possible. I can't recommend this hotel enough, it truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend staying here.

Karen and her husband went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was the best it could be. The location of the property was perfect, just a short walk from the railway station and right near the town high street. The hotel and separate cottage were both clean and fresh, with plenty of amenities such as towels and tea and coffee. Karen and her husband were always available to help with any requests. I cannot praise this hotel enough and highly recommend staying here.

The only drawback was the lack of an independent heater in the evenings. It would have been nice to have had a heater to sit in front of, especially on rainy days.

The cottage had everything I needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to a cozy seating area. The town centre was just a stone's throw away, with plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. The free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus, and the easy access to the railway station made getting around a breeze.

Oh, how I loved the overpowering stench that greeted me in the cottage! It was like stepping into an ancient shop filled with stale air.

We loved the convenience of the location, being right in the heart of town. It was great to have friends over and enjoy the peaceful garden for lunch and a chat. The cottage itself was cozy and relaxing, perfect for evenings of reading or watching TV. The hosts were lovely and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the cottage and the comfortable bed were also major highlights.

Parking was a bit of a hassle, as there was no onsite parking available. However, there was a pay and display nearby, and we suggest parking by the police station for a more convenient option.

The cottage was in a prime location, just a short walk from the main street, market, and train station. It made it really convenient to explore the town and enjoy all the sights and sounds. The garden was a definite highlight, providing a peaceful and tranquil spot to relax, read a book, and sip on a glass of wine. It was such a lovely space to entertain friends and enjoy a leisurely lunch. The cottage itself was cozy and well-decorated, with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. It had a real sense of relaxation and provided a perfect escape during the Christmas season.

Although the cottage provided a wonderful experience overall, there were a couple of drawbacks. there was no independent heater, which would have been nice to have on rainy evenings to cozy up to.

Just had a wonderful stay at a comfy cottage in Knaresborough. The owners were friendly and nearby if needed, but not intrusive. Conveniently located in town yet quiet and secluded. Loved the well-lit courtyard, perfect for relaxing. The cottage itself was well equipped, clean, and beautifully decorated with a mix of tradition and modernity. Plus, the courtyard was escape-proof for our dogs. Can't wait to stay here again.
